Processing Time Orders are processed within 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days — $8 - $12 (based on order value)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $16
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@outcastkits.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Event Tickets & Digital Products Tickets and digital items are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees.
